Sunshine Dog Co. is not responsible or to be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to; defect in material or workmanship, injuries or loss caused by the use or misuse of our products regardless of the cause.  

The consumer hereby waives all liability claims against Sunshine Dog Co., its employees, partners, affiliates, distributors, and retailers.

It is the responsibility of the consumer to determine the safety and suitability of any products, to test and verify before use.

For your pet's safety, regularly inspect the item for wear and tear and replace the item as needed. 

While our collars and leashes are sturdy and perfect for every day use, they are not chew or break proof.  We do not recommend them for overly aggressive dogs, pullers, or heavy duty use. 

Some product may contain small parts, which can be a choking hazard. 

All products should always be used under supervision.  Please do not leave your pet unattended while wearing or using our products.
